Habits to support you feeling calm, focused & productive
When you sat down behind your desk this morning, did you feel a peaceful yet energizing focus & motivation to get things done, or the moment you sat down with your cup of coffee, you felt your stomach sink, stress level go up & you wished it was Friday end of the work day already?!
If you felt excited, energized, and focused, yay for that!
What helps you stay that way? Notice & appreciate that you have a great habit in place already.

Look around. Notice – when you look at your desk and your immediate working environment – does it support you in staying focused, motivated and peaceful, or does it make you feel like you are all over the place, literally buried in the paperwork, tasks & projects you never seem to have time to get through (I know that feeling), or your mind keeps jumping from one distracting thought and project to another?
I invite all of us to take a moment to do at least one thing in our immediate environment that SUPPORTS us to stay focused, calmer, present, and motivated.
What worked for me was to take a moment, clean up, and organize my desk. I even lit a candle (that always helps me stay more focused and calmer). I know that my environment does have an impact on me and my energy. Notice how it is for you.
